I have the older scribe too! Jailbreaking is pretty foolproof these days, I even got one of the steps wrong and nothing happened. I’m going to install the reader for jaolbroken Kindles that’ll ready any format of ebook. I haven’t read in a long time, but I’m trying to read financial books. I’m pretty far behind where I should be in terms of retirement, so I need to speed things up and think out good financial plan since things are going down here in the US. Time is limited for me rhough between my job and helping raise two kiddos.
Great idea with the Linux server! I have a home lab that consists of a Synology NAS with 42 TB of storage and a Ubuntu server that has a ton of things, mostly revolving around video streaming and…“acquiring” shows and movies and music that set up through sonarr, radar, lidarr, and a few other services. The only other thing that’s noticeable on there is a Minecraft server for my kid and I to play in. I’m just barely dabbling with jellyfin but mostly use Plex.
