Pretty sure this is illegal. That said, laws don’t mean anything to a trillion dollar company.
Even if they are fined 10 million dollars (about 10 million more than they’ll ever be fined) (what they make in about a minute) it will absolutely pale in comparison to their savings from union-busting.
The last contract between IBT and UPS transferred $30,000,000,000 (that’s 10 zeroes, thirty billion in the US) to the workers.
If you want labor law to be meaningful, that’s what the fines have got to amount to.

Hey, they are just trying to make a living. Blame the corporations, not the workers. Unless i misunderstood you meaning.
I have to imagine they mean, like, whichever marketing fuck accepted the assignment to make these posters (and the people who decided the content, of course). I don’t think they mean warehouse workers or drivers, but they also should have been more specific.
