    We should switch to using 凸/凹 because

    • they’re descriptive (convex/concave)
    • their meanings are clear from their form
    • they’re fun to say in Japanese: deko(mi) and heko(mi), respectively, and if you stick them together you get the cute dekoboko which means “bumpy” or “uneven”.
