This is the best one yet … I haven’t laughed this much in a long time, thanks! (but honestly, I loved Louise Fletcher because I hated her so much, so beautifully dislikeable)
She did such a fantastic job making a character that I absolutely despised. It never once felt like she was acting. I hated her so much that I was concerned that if I met her in person I’d reflexively hate Louise Fletcher instead of Kai Winn just because she felt every bit as real as the actual actress.
They should have made a mirror universe episode to balance it out somehow! Though I have no idea what kind of person she would have to portray there for that.
There were a few Mirror universe episodes and one with mirror universe infiltrating the prime verse.
Mirror Win probably would be leading the bajor for bajorans front and branding intendent kira as an opprotunist seeking to gain personal power at the expense of the bajoran people becoming puppets.
Still not ‘nice’ but at the very least sincere in her beliefs.

I saw this film when I was very young, so can never say that I saw it because I don’t remember much about it.
So I really have to take time to see it again some time.
