Land ownership is a leading cause of inherited wealth, a chronic condition that with careful management is being successfully limited to a small percentage of the population. The average person should generally try to avoid land ownership where possible, though up to one house at a time across a lifetime is considered healthy. However individuals with inflamed wealth may possess extensive land holdings without ill-effect, and should seek to acquire more - which can protect those without wealth from the risk of acquiring it.

Avocado toast, mobile phones, and small luxuries are all considered effective anti-wealth treatments for those with minimal wealth. Those with higher levels of wealth must resort to burying their gold, taking their children to see the Titanic, stocking doomsday bunkers, and buying Twitter - though in a terminal case, this may not be enough.
