Participate in a study that looks at developing needs assessment plans for self-management of ADHD. This is run by someone with ADHD who is doing funded, academic research that has real outcomes and is done in collaboration with the people it is for. The study has had a full ethics review.
To be clear: this isn’t my study but the researcher will know it’s posted here and will see the comments on this post.
If the researchers can guarantee that a summary of the results will be posted here then that will earn this post a pin to the top of the community.
From the researcher: … more than happy to share the outcomes on the community. There is also in the questionnaire opt in to be notified about any results as well, but the plan is to do a ADHD-friendly report once it’s analysed and that will be shared.

I’m not based in the UK but can I participate?
Just checked and the ethics approval currently covers UK participants only, but the plan is to create a wirld-wide study once this one is complete and analysed.
I’m also curious about childhood diagnosed, but stopped taking meds back when Ritalin was a thing. The instructions read to me like I had to be either diagnosed as an adult or self-diagnosed.
Hi. You read correctly - the research is specifically about those with an adult diagnosis or self-diagnosis as an adult. Thank you for taking a look, though.
Yay i cqn help UwU
The link seems to be broken?
Its working for me
Strange. I get this
Not sure why but your browser is trying to load the http page instead of the https version. Manually change the url and it should load.
Is it possible to change it so it’s HTTPS in the link? I just copied and pasted and didn’t look, since my browser automatically redirected to the HTTPS equivalent.
As the OP you can edit your post including the URL. As a mod I don’t have edit powers.

It’s broken if I open it in lemmy (Connect) but if I open in External it works fine. Not sure why!
Shame I missed this, I would have liked to contribute. Hopefully I’ll see the report once it’s posted.
I was diagnosed adhd early in childhood, how likely it wasn’t one size fits all but an actual diagnosis
