Using Firefox on Win10 pc, the usual add ons. Errors when upvoting, when accessing posts from inbox, when expanding comment trees.

Errors repeatable until page loads either by refreshing or pressing back. Once the page has loaded without an error everything seems to work fine, up and down votes, expanding comment trees, etc all work even after navigating away from post and returning.

Happy to provide any other information that helps diagnose things.

Thank you. I really like wefwef!

I think this has more to do with the instance than it does with wefwef. I was running into the same array of errors, so I accessed the instance via the lemmy.world web page and found all the same sorts of errors there.

I know they did and it’s upgrade recently, and it went well. But in the release/deployment notes they said the instance was slow and using up a lot of CPU. This probably has a lot more to do with the instance getting slammed from all the reddit refugees than anything else. But either way, it sounds like the instance is getting hit very hard.

I have both wefwef and lemmy.world open, lemmy.world is showing signs of stress, but so far it’s just been posts taking a minute to load when I open them.

lemmy.world hasn’t had any of the sorts of errors that wefwef has, though I suppose it could have them behind the scenes with no notifications.

Either way, I love wefwef so far, and don’t mind the errors. The git says it’s in alpha, this post was not a complaint but an attempt to provide feedback with whatever information I can provide.
