RSS is so simple you can just use it locally from a device. Although it might consume more power fetching all the different feeds. Windows also doesn’t have any good clients I guess.
Use Read You on Android or Thunderbird on desktop. If you need web, you can self host tinytinyrss.
I use feeder on Android. Its good. I’ll check out TB tho thx!
