Yeah. Dolomites are in Südtirol which belongs to Italy since WW1

South Tyrol is the original Tyrol, since theres Village and Castle Tirol, but i get you.

no it’s probably just the panorama view that lets it look like it is slipping down. It still looks impressive in reality but it probably won’t slip down any time soon, I hope ;-)
