Seychelles’ National Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Committee (NAC) is conducting a consultation phase for the proposed framework for the regulation of virtual assets (VA) and virtual asset service providers (VASPs). As a member of NAC, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has taken a lead with regards to this project and its implementation.
