Honestly this skirt is throwing me for a loop… It’s like the exact same shape as the skirts we had to wear in school so my first instinct is not to wear it, not ever, because it will throw me right back to being 15, and give me flashbacks to having to kneel on the floor and use our special skirt-measuring cards to prove it’s not more than 6 inches above the knee (yay for posh English girls-only grammar schools 😅). But like I also sort of want to style it in an overemphasized school uniform way. Like maybe with oversized silk shirt, oversized jumper and chunky boots with a bit of heel? Maybe even a cheeky tie, as loose and short as humanly possible?

I’m alternative so if it was for work I’d go for a hell bunny blouse (I have this one), plain black tights and boots.

If it was out with mates I’d probably pair it with a cool t shirt from truffle shuffle, adidas trainers and nude tights.

Never heard of Hell Bunny before, they have some really nice baggy combats and crop trousers, and some of the grunge type skirts are nice too even though I don’t wear skirts. They have a Shirley Manson (from Garbage) vibe… that’s how I picture I’d look in them, but I’m too booby and hippy to pull off her look, unfortunately (she is a goddess of cool)

I think I feel a bit of online shopping coming on for some pants tho

lol, I am so basic, I would probably style it exactly like it is in this pic. Or maybe with a cool tshirt. I do have a cool tank top with skulls on it and cap sleeves, that’s another option.
