I feel the focus on criminals and not criminals is both a misnomer and a distraction at this point. The argument could be made that crime is a neutral word in some ways but criminal is loaded with legal meaning and the whole legal system in bullshit and needs to be done away with.

What these people are is unethical state sanctioned violence against people. The tools/weapons of the government, nothing more, nothing less.
